How We Run The Energy Kinesiology Association Board of Directors runs the business of the association according to the Association By-Laws and Constitution. Watch this page for those documents to be posted as we complete construction of our new web site!
The board of directors meets via teleconference each month to coordinate the efforts of dozens of volunteers and committees.
We meet face to face before and after conference to evaluate the past year and do dreaming and visioning for the next year.

The All Group Meeting is an opportunity for the board to meet face to face with the membership during the conference to report on accomplishments of the past year, get input from association members into the association’s direction for the coming year, and elect new board members and officers and say goodbye to departing board members.
The board gets together in regional “Pods” mid-year to reconnect and to roll up our sleeves on projects, connecting among the Pods via conference calls several times during this four day session. Committee members who are not on the board are encouraged to attend this weekend of work and fun.
Communication Your Association and Board of Directors communicate with members through our web site, e-mail bulletins, quarterly newsletter and occasionally via phone trees. A couple of times per year, we send out surveys to the membership to get your input into important projects in process – please look for these surveys in your in box and send us your thoughts and ideas!
Volunteers have more fun Here are a few ways you can get involved, give back, form lasting associations and friendships through your commitment to your profession, your association, and service to the humanity.
Board of Directors Diversity is the key to a well-rounded Board of Directors. We’re always looking for people, members and non members alike, to serve on the board - why not you!
