Jill Allbrand – President

 

I am an Energy Kinesiologist with a private practice for nearly 10 years.  My background is in Applied Physiology supplemented by some LEAP, Sign Language for the Soul, Chakra work by Hugo Tobar. I am a Certified Instructor of TFH and AP Agape Quest 1. I have for the last couple of years been working with the originator of a new form of Energy Kinesiology called Quantum Field Clearing, which will be brought to the public in the next year or so.  This form of energy kinesiology allows the practitioner to have an extremely high success rate of clearing the problem completely and permanently.  During this same period of time I have brought to my local are a series of classes called Practical Spiritual Transformation, which gives students many tools to use to become happier while developing their ability to gain access to accurate information for themselves and others.

Debbie Bulgher, VP Membership

I joined the Board of Directors at the October 2010 Conference Election.  I became aware of the organization through one of my teachers of Energy Kinesiology, caught the vision of EnKA_^®, and immediately wanted to become involved!  I contributed writing and editing skills to the new Membership and Client brochures, helped revise the CAB documents, edited the Newsletter and wrote advertising for the 2011 Conference.

Now taking on the role of VP of Membership I want to work on ‘growing’ the organization.  I also wish to promote the various branches of Kinesiology to not only individuals but also the traditional medical community, giving an awareness of options that others can use to take control of their own health.

There is much to do, and we have many ideas and projects – think about joining us!

Karen Ownbey – Treasurer

My name is Karen and I've been a member of EnKA_® since 2004 and served on the Board as Recording Secretary since 2007.  I've found the Board to be an amazing group of Energy Kinesiologists who share a passion for supporting EnKA_® and the field of Energy Kinesiology.  I now bring my organizational skills, attention to detail and team player approach to serve EnKA_® in the position of Treasurer. I'm working to bring the Treasurer role to a new level, an active support for all of the committees of the organization and for the organization overall.

My vision is to provide information about past events and projects in a way that can help current and future committees and project leaders plan more effectively, and, to help the Board do our best as stewards of the financial resources of EnKA_®.

Linda Watkins – Board Member

I live in the Baltimore, MD area, where I practice Energy Kinesiology and operate an Asyra device.

Although I'm certified in Quantam Touch Healing, Ama Deus, Quan Yin Healing and am a Reiki Master, my true passion is practicing Energy Kinesiology, most often Kinergetics and RESET. 

The Asyra is an FDA-approved vibrational assessment and balancing device with a library of over 70,000 digital homeopathics, herbals and pharmaceuticals.  

I often serve the organization by proofreading newsletters and promotional literature, reaching out to members, and helping with and attending the EnKA_® conferences.  Working with my EnKA_® colleagues has been a rich experience.  I recommend volunteering for the EnKA_® Board--bringing your unique skill set to this organization is empowering and fun!

 Kathie Guhl – Board Member,

I love Energy Kinesiology.

Not only does EnK relieve clients where no other method has helped, both mentally and physically, but it uses up all of what I have to offer.  EnK uses my technical skills, my life experience and whatever wisdom I may have gained over the years.  It demands my compassion and intellect, usually in equal doses.  

I decided to re-join the Board because EnKA® is a passion of mine.  I love that we have an organization where all EnK modalities can come together to learn and support one another.  I love that EnKA® can offer support and further education to our individual and organizational members.  I love that we have a forum where we can play together and feel part of something larger than ourselves.  I want to support of all of these things, so I decided to step up and participate in the Board.

Kathie has a long history of serving Energy Kinesiology. She was on the EnKA® Board for six years and the IASK Board for four, is a past president of EnKA, and VP Conference for EnKA, and has chaired eight conferences.

Mary Lou Firth-Irving – Board Member

Living in Canada makes staying involved with EnKA® a real challenge. But I enjoy being a Board member so much, even from so great a distance, that I look for ways to stay connected and stay active. I look forward each year to getting together with all of you at the conference. Look for me at the registration tables, my favorite 'conference task' - I get to meet everyone!  And then, besides our monthly teleconference Board meetings, we all get together again face-to-face at the mid-year regional Board meetings (we call them 'pods'). Board members gather with people who live near them for this weekend working meeting, at several locations around the country (USA). Well, since no-one lives near me, I travel to the Florida pod. So I get to add some sun-shine and warmth to my weekend of hanging out with friends and fellow Board members and getting alot of work done!

EnKA® is an amazing organization of many incredible people, past and present.  The Board, both past members and people currently serving, is an ocean of talent, dedication, and heart! We have accomplished so much over the years, with integrity and intention.  And there's much more work to do!  EnKA® is the future. Here we all come together in support for all K's. I do believe we will live to see all the K's united, in common cause for mutual support, public education, and advancing the cause of bringing this wonderful healing work to the world. Our organization has integrity, commitment, vision, and provides support for all its members.  I am proud to say I have been a part of this EnKA® and all we have accomplished .

My K's are Touch for Health and Vibrational Kinesiology-Dawson Program. What I love about the Dawson Program is its versatility, the way it weaves the physical, emotional and mental balancing and releases past trauma. I'm very proud to be a Teacher/Practitioner of Touch for Health, and the International Representative and Instructor for the Dawson Program.
I also am qualified in Therapeutic Touch, Reiki, Body Management, Brain Gym& Brain Profiles, Medicial Intuitive, Quantum Angel Healings and Life coach, Allergy Testing & Clearing, Emotional Freedom Technique. Wherever I go to teach and practice, I talk with people about Energy Kinesiology and about EnKA®, spreading the word world wide!

Dana Miller – Board Member

 

Dana is a new member of EnKA_®, and she is learning Energy Kinesiology.  Dana’s been a gifted massage therapist for 4 years, specializing in adolescents, geriatrics, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, TMJ Syndrome, plantar fasciitis and injuries. 

Dana brings a fresh perspective to the EnKA_® Board.  Since she is an AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) member, she can provide us with an understanding of how another, longer-established, and similar organization is set up.

Dana brings her unique perspective as a massage therapist and is eager to help the Association in any way. Dana also hopes that being in the Board will help to promote her interest and understanding of Energy Kinesiology.

Debra Hurt Burchard -  Board Member

I am starting into my twenty-seventh year in Energy Kinesiology, having had the incredible good fortune to have entered the field at a time of great expansion and accessibility to originators and pioneers in the field, such as Gordon Stokes and Richard Utt.  Now I am excited by how the "next generation" of kinesiologists, given impetus by the innovations in physics and neurology, are changing the field.  This is my second time on the EnKA_® Board.  I served two terms in the 1990s as Recording Secretary and was for several years the chair of the Ethics Committee.   And I got to collaborate with Kathie Guhl on the three part Ethics training.

Why do I love Energy Kinesiology?  I love EnK because it uses everything I have available and stretches me every day to learn more, be more present, and find more compassion for the ways that people find to live in the world

It's been a long time since I last served on the Board.  I want to see all the Ks soften their borders and really come together for some rich collaboration.  We have that opportunity with this forum and I would love to see us take advantage of it.
